We are looking for an energetic, results-oriented Partner Development Manager to join our team, with a focus on TSD Agent partners within the telecommunications ecosystem.
As a key contributor to Syringa's channel program, this role is responsible for recruiting, developing, and growing partner relationships that drive measurable revenue growth and market expansion. The ideal candidate brings established industry relationships, a strong understanding of the telecom channel, and a proven ability to build partnerships that generate sustainable, partner-driven revenue. They demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, and a collaborative approach, using their influence to strengthen partner relationships, build internal alignment, and drive sustainable growth.
The Partner Development Manager owns partner development, engagement, and growth, working in tandem with the Channel team, who leads deal execution and closing. Success in this role requires both the initiative to identify and develop new opportunities and the ability to work effectively within Syringa's established processes, structure, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Partner Development Management:
  • Prospect, recruit, and develop Agent partners within Syringa's channel ecosystem
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships through consistent engagement and business planning
  • Establish partner-specific growth plans aligned to revenue targets and tier expectations
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Technology Services Distributors (TSDs) to strategically leverage MDF for partner and end-customer-facing activities
  • With guidance from leadership manage the Agent partner program through established KPIs that measure revenue performance, partner engagement, and business development outcomes
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Desk, CX, Marketing, Innovation, and Operations to support consistent partner and customer experiences

Channel Revenue Growth:
  • Achieve and exceed channel revenue targets through effective partner engagement and development
  • Drive pipeline creation by enabling partners with clear positioning, training, and business development strategies
  • Identify growth signals within the partner base and translate them into actionable opportunities
  • Work closely with team to ensure partner-sourced opportunities progress through the sales lifecycle
  • Support execution of sales and marketing playbooks targeting alliance partners, agents, and end customers across commercial and public sector segments

Partner Performance and Inspection
  • Conduct regular QBRs and pipeline reviews with partners focused on revenue, conversion, and opportunity development
  • Track and analyze partner performance against defined KPIs and growth plans
  • Maintain CRM discipline for partner engagement, activity tracking, and development planning
  • Provide visibility into partner health, pipeline trends, and areas for improvement

Market Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to wholesale partnerships
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for expansion and growth within the wholesale space

Syringa Services Knowledge:
  • Develop a deep understanding of Syringa services as a supplier and partner to effectively communicate the value of the Syringa's Partner Programs to the channel ecosystem.
  • Train and enable partners on Syringa's offerings, promotions, differentiation, and channel processes
  • Reinforce adherence to Rules of Engagement (ROE) and channel program standards

Contract Management:
  • Support partner contract discussions and subsequent onboarding processes for partners coordinating with leadership, legal, and finance
  • Ensure partner agreements align with Syringa's policies and program structure

Cross functional coordination and collaboration
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve challenges and remove friction from the partner experience, including coordination on issues such as channel conflicts and commission inquiries: * Collaborate with CX to address service-related issues, ensuring a consistent customer experience and maintaining partner trust. * Coordinate with Channel Account Manager, Operations, and service delivery team to ensure partner and customer expectations are met throughout the end customer lifecycle
  • Partner with Marketing to support channel-centric content, campaigns, and events aligned to the Channel GTM strategy

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or Equivalent industry experience
  • Proven experience in ISP sales, with a focus on Channel partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and data.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
