Responsibilities
  • Help lead Paramount’s strategic transition from a fully on‑premises footprint to a hybrid footprint with AWS.
  • Partner directly with the VP of Technology to co‑develop cloud strategy.
  • Own the creation of the cloud architecture and migration pipeline.
  • Collaborate with On‑Premises Systems Engineer to transition workloads into a modern environment.
  • Ensure infrastructure is configured and maintained to meet high availability, security, and performance requirements.
  • Lead the design and execution of workload migration strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in infrastructure, with 3+ years leading AWS cloud migrations.
  • Proven history building or maintaining PCI‑DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated success leading technical projects in a team setting.
  • AWS Certified Security - Specialty, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, or AWS DevOps Engineer Professional.

Expertise in leading AWS cloud migrations and designing cloud architecture, with a strong focus on maintaining high availability, security, and performance in infrastructure. Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute strategic technology transitions.
