Position: Public Relations Writer
Job Type:
- Full-Time Role (100% remote, no geographic constraints)
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop original, well-researched content based on client-provided topics, including fact-gathering, structuring, and drafting compelling narratives.
- Utilize ChatGPT and leading search engines to verify information, ensuring content accuracy, objectivity, and credibility.
- Craft culturally resonant content tailored to U.S. audiences, aligning with local social contexts, values, and reader preferences to drive engagement.
- Manage end-to-end content publishing and distribution across channels, focusing on boosting readership, organic reach, and share rates.
- Collaborate closely with clients to refine content strategy, adjust messaging, and measure the impact of communications efforts.
- Consistently meet strict deadlines while upholding high editorial standards and maintaining the intended content cadence.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in writing accessible, general-audience content across diverse subject areas, with a track record of quickly mastering new topics.
