What is Being Offered:

What The Position is About:

  • Lead a team of sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
  • Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster (looking to grow the team)
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
  • Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
  • Lead weekly sales meetings and one on ones
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team

 

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • 5+ years of sales management experience within the exterior home improvement industry
  • Strong understanding and experience with the one-call-close, in-home sales process
  • Experience managing a team of 5+ salespeople
  • Proven track record of revenue growth ($3M to $10M+)
