About the Role 

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer accounts, processing orders, and handling inquiries via phone and email in a fast-paced environment. Your positive attitude and strong problem-resolution skills will be essential to ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via telephone and email. 
  • Process customer orders accurately and manage client accounts effectively. 
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely, efficient, and satisfactory manner. 
  • Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude while upholding professional standards. 
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet individual and team performance targets. 

Qualifications & Core Competencies 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in telephone-based customer service and account management. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong problem-resolution and analytical skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to handle order processing and customer inquiries simultaneously.
