We are looking for an individual to lead our GWM US Partnerships and Lead Generation function:
• Oversee and drive the strategic development and management of partnership programs, prospecting tools, and firmwide initiatives that expand access to prospective clients and improve acquisition outcomes
• Originate and develop strategic partnerships through targeted prospecting, partner pitching, and negotiation with external firms to advance business objectives and accelerate growth
• Proactively identify and evaluate emerging partnership opportunities that strengthen our partnership ecosystem
• Establish processes, controls, and incentives that enhance the effectiveness, transparency, and scalability of prospecting efforts
• Manage multiple projects against tight deadlines with discipline and attention to detail
• Coach and develop junior team members

Your team
Located in New York, you will be part of the GWM US Channel and Prospecting Office reporting to the Head of GWM US Channel and Prospecting Office. You will work in close partnership with US GWM business leaders, as well as other divisional leaders across our IB and AM businesses, to drive initiatives that enhance client acquisition effectiveness and build strategic relationships with external partners that broaden our prospecting and referral ecosystem.
Your expertise
• ideally 10+ years professional experience, preferably in a leading role within an in-house corporate sales position (with a focus on financial services) with significant background in analyzing, structuring, and independently delivering projects front-to-back, including stakeholder management, disciplined organization shaping of project vision and narrative, and strong experience sourcing, evaluating, and managing external partnerships and vendors
• Demonstrated experience shaping and operationalizing firmwide lead acquisition programs, including the use of external tools, platforms and data providers that support advisor prospecting
• Knowledge of the US wealth management industry and the products and services provided to key market segments that UBS serves
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degrees or qualifications a plus

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York min USD 200000 - max USD 275000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
