Job Description

Ares Management is seeking a highly motivated, detailoriented team player who thrives in a fastpaced environment to join the Ares RFP Team to support marketing and investor relations activities. The RFP Writer will primarily support Ares' Real Estate product management teams by leveraging firmwide resources to respond to Requests for Proposals ("RFPs"), Requests for Information ("RFIs"), Due Diligence Questionnaires ("DDQs"), and adhoc queries for clients/prospective investors.

This role partners closely with investment, product, and subject matter experts to produce clear, accurate, and compelling RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and other due diligence materials. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced environment, communicates effectively, can manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail, and has the capability to work both independently and as part of a global team.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

Reports to: Principal, Global Client Solutions, RFP

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and coordinate the full lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for Ares' Real Estate and Private Equity strategies ensuring a timely submission.

  • Provide back-up support for Secondaries and Infrastructure strategies, as applicable.

  • Gather data, existing language, and key materials from internal teams to support the preparation of accurate, consistent, and compelling proposal responses.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively-both in writing and verbally-while collaborating across departments to deliver concise, wellstructured, and aligned responses.

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams-across investment, product, operations, and compliance-to ensure aligned, highquality responses and efficient information flow.

  • Develop a strong understanding of Ares' products and investment strategies to ensure accurate, consistent messaging.

  • Utilize RFP technologies and firm systems to enhance efficiency and content management.

  • Support the ongoing improvement of process workflows and adoption of datadriven tools.

  • Demonstrate flexibility in supporting multiple strategies and asset classes as business needs evolve.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or international equivalent, preferably in a related field (economics, finance, accounting, or marketing).

Experience Required:

  • 2-4 years of experience within the financial services industry, including asset management, wealth management advisory, financial regulatory environment, or related roles.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting RFPs, DDQs, and other client, project, or investmentrelated materials, including drafting, review, and highquality formatting.

General Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Highly organized, detailoriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.

  • Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • A proactive and accountable team player who can work independently when needed.

  • Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.

  • Working knowledge of alternative asset management.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce, Content Management software, Tableau, and PowerBI a plus.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.

$85,000 - $100,000 / annum
