Summary of Functions:

The Sales Rep matches prospect's needs toCarolinaWasteservices and aims to secure long-term partnerships by utilizing aconsultative sellingapproach in the sale ofwastesolutions to large, complex accounts. The Sales Rep prospects and closes major accounts to achieve targeted sales goals. Develops and implements selling effective strategies that ensure revenue growth at target or greater profitability levels at the district level.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a list of prospective accounts and key contacts.
  • Target large volume opportunities within designated geographic areas
  • Customer retentionwith existing client base
  • Present Service Solutions to C-Level management
  • Maintain and updateCRM tools(Salesforce/ARES ) for future follow up
  • Maintain sales pipeline to achieve goals for new/gross sales monthly.
  • Use an in-depth industry and company knowledge to prepare complex proposals to existing and potential clients.
  • Make recommendations onequipment optimizationandleasing options.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-4 yearsdirect salesorbusiness developmentexperience with proven results
  • Experience with professional presentations and excellent written, verbal andlistening skills
