Overview

Proposal Senior Manager

Summary:

The Senior Proposal Manager will be responsible for the creation and execution of a systemic process for executing proposals across the firm, as well as the management of the entire proposal process based on the needs of the firm's industry groups.

Core Responsibilities:

Manages proposal processes and assigns projects to proposal writers to ensure equitable workload. Manages proposal content within the firm's content platform. Implement process improvement.

Essential Functions:

Update and maintain master proposal and proposal related platform (Loopio) for all service lines and industries; work with the graphics team to develop and curate a collection of proposal graphics to be used across the firm. Refine proposal development processes and toolkit to automate the proposal process across the firm. Working with partners and directors, complete first draft of all major proposals and finalize within the brand format using appropriate and current content and emphasizing the capabilities and experience of identified engagement team members and other firm qualifications. These should follow a "win theme" that will be developed on a case-by-case basis for each new proposal. Performs other duties as directed by Growth leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in proposal management, marketing, or related areas, preferably within a professional services or consulting firm. Experience managing and drafting complex proposals, preferably in government contracting or similar industries.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive content. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficiency in proposal management software, CRM systems, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Compensation: $120,000 - $155,000 + Bonus programs
