  • Develop and execute full-funnel, multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, webinars, paid media, content syndication, social, and events
  • Develop and promote gated content such as whitepapers, ROI calculators, and industry reports
  • Drive Account-Based Marketing initiatives with Sales for high-value foodservice and hospitality accounts
  • Build, test, and optimize email nurture campaigns and lead scoring models
  • Identify funnel bottlenecks and improve lead-to-opportunity conversion rates
  • Own leanpath.com conversion performance, including landing pages, forms, calls to action, and conversion paths
  • Monitor site and form performance, diagnose drop-offs, and run layout, offer, and copy tests
  • Maintain and update web content in WordPress and HubSpot
  • Create landing pages, email copy, ad creative, blog posts, and social content
  • Use AI tools to accelerate content production while maintaining editorial quality and brand consistency
  • Own webinar promotion, registration, live production, and post-event follow-up

  • Equip Sales with campaign and lead context at handoff
  • Maintain data integrity across HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Track, analyze, and report on pipeline health and demand generation KPIs including CPL, CAC, pipeline velocity, and marketing-influenced revenue
  • Create HubSpot/Salesforce dashboards for real-time campaign performance and ROI visibility
  • Use A/B testing and data-backed insights to continuously improve campaign strategies

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management
  • Experience preferably within the SaaS or hardware space
  • Proven success executing multi-channel campaigns that resulted in pipeline growth and revenue
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads, including audience construction, budget pacing, and creative testing
  • Experience managing paid media budgets, channel allocation, monthly pacing, and return reporting
  • Deep proficiency in marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Salesforce
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing strategies; RollWorks preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, complex data interpretation, customer journey mapping, and metrics-driven strategy
  • Strong writing skills for campaign copy, blog content, and email production
  • Demonstrated fluency using AI tools to increase output while maintaining quality
  • Experience as the sole or primary demand generation resource on a small team
  • Ability to set priorities and make channel decisions independently
  • Strong personal interest in sustainability, environmental advocacy, and ending food waste
