WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Brand Lead for Global Jordan Streetwear to join our Beaverton-based team. You'll help connect with streetwear communities across the Globe. The candidate should have a nuanced expertise of streetwear and its intersection with sport culture and fashion.
As part of our Global Streetwear Brand team, the Streetwear Brand Lead will be responsible for managing our brand plans and driving functional excellence within the Global Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Global Director of Streetwear, this role will deliver brand plans that grow the business while creating deeper, lasting relationships with our consumer.
The candidate should have comprehensive grasp of the streetwear landscape globally along with the ability to lead multiple projects and build strong working relationships across a matrixed organization. An understanding of all functions of marketing is a requirement.
They should be comfortable with ambiguity and be ready to dig in, work collaboratively and bring a positive attitude always. They should be solution oriented, a team first collaborator, energy giver, strategic vision and digital thinking, passionate about streetwear, empathetic and curious to learn
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will partner with our Global Brand Director and marketing leaders to lead our brand plans and key consumer concepts including marketing briefs, strategic tools and marketing initiatives that fuel our seasonal initiatives and long-term consumer concepts.
You will work across global and geo to drive a robust concept map and continually build new consumer experiences that accelerate brand and business growth opportunities internally and externally.
As the Global Streetwear Lead, you will:
  • Be tasked to support bringing the Global Streetwear Consumer plan to life.
  • Support development of annual and seasonal marketing plans.
  • Support an end-to-end process to gain insight from consumers including cultural trends.
  • Manage collaboration throughout the Consumer Code process to engage with our key cross-functional and cross-dimensional partners.
  • Oversee product integration into seasonal programming.
  • Manage asset development and distribution across multiple channels.
  • Manage campaign progress measurement. Recapping + teardowns.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As the Global Streetwear Brand Lead, you will report directly into the Global Brand Director of Streetwear.
You will work within a team of Global Brand Management Directors and Managers to build and plan marketing programs that drive brand strength, fuel consumer demand and build our connection with consumers.
You will collaborate with teammates across Jordan Brand to build more effective and efficient ways to encourage and connect with streetwear communities across the Globe.

WHAT YOU BRING
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing or related experience in retail marketing and/or digital brand marketing.
  • A passion for Jordan Brand and its role in the global cultural landscape.
  • Demonstrated genuine passion and deep understanding and Global relevance of Streetwear, Basketball culture and fashion.
  • Dedication to respect, inclusivity, and valuing different perspectives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working within teams and a team-first mentality.
  • Ability to lead initiatives and project teams.
  • Ability to balance creativity with organization and discipline in fast moving, ambiguous environment.
