TRG Management is seeking a highly motivated Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of luxury apartment communities throughout South Florida. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, occupancy growth, resident satisfaction, and team development. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong business acumen, an ownership mindset, and a track record of delivering results while developing high-performing teams. Position Summary
TRG Management is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-oriented Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of luxury apartment communities throughout South Florida. The Regional Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, occupancy growth, resident satisfaction, and team development across their assigned portfolio.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record of success in multifamily property management. This individual must possess exceptional organizational skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to think strategically while remaining engaged in the day-to-day operations of their communities. Success in this role requires someone who can effectively coach and develop onsite teams, build strong relationships with ownership and stakeholders, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that drive results.
The Regional Manager will serve as a trusted partner to both onsite teams and executive leadership, ensuring company objectives are achieved while delivering an exceptional resident experience and maximizing asset performance.
Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
  • Oversee the operational, financial, and physical performance of a portfolio of luxury apartment communities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Property Managers and onsite teams to achieve occupancy, revenue, resident satisfaction, and operational goals.
  • Conduct regular property visits to evaluate operations, curb appeal, maintenance standards, customer service, leasing performance, and overall asset condition.
  • Partner with Property Managers to develop and execute business plans, leasing strategies, marketing initiatives, and resident retention programs.
  • Monitor occupancy, leasing velocity, renewal performance, delinquency, and collections to maximize revenue and asset performance.
  • Review and analyze financial reports, budgets, variance reports, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Prepare and manage annual operating budgets and assist with capital planning initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing requirements, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and service contracts to ensure quality service and cost-effective operations.
  • Assist with property transitions, lease-ups, renovations, repositioning efforts, and special projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with ownership groups, asset managers, and corporate departments to ensure strategic objectives are met.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing team members while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Support resident satisfaction initiatives and ensure timely resolution of escalated resident concerns.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve performance and efficiency.

Requirements
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum three to five years of experience as a Regional Manager overseeing multifamily communities.
  • Experience managing luxury apartment communities, lease-ups, stabilized assets, and value-add properties preferred.
  • Proven history of operational success, team leadership, occupancy growth, and financial performance.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and asset management principles.
  • Strong understanding of leasing, marketing, maintenance operations, customer service, and resident retention strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
  • Proficiency in property management software (OneSite/RealPage preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout Florida.
