Job description

Property Maintenance Technician – Full time, Monday – Friday - The Maintenance Technician performs various duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the apartment complex and community. Handles service requests for repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant apartments to a market-ready status. Works as a team member along with the service staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set forth by TISHCO Properties LLC.

TISHCO Properties LLC and its subsidiary companies form a full-service real estate development, construction and management provider for the multifamily housing industry. TISHCO Properties is built upon the principal, staff and professional experience of affiliates which have maintained a successful management program for approximately 40 years. TISHCO Properties mission is “To improve the quality of life at home for ourselves, our investors, our residents and our business associates.”

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of experience in general building maintenance and small appliance repair
  • Must provide own tools
  • A valid driver’s license and automobile insurance is required
  • HVAC Certification preferred
