-Perform general maintenance such as : plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc. 

-HVAC certified- ability to troubleshoot and install A/C condensing units and electrical components
-Computer literate
-Managerial skills- this individual would need to know how to communicate with vendors, contractors, team members that report to them and understand the process of delegating.
-CPO- Certified Pool Operator- the individual would have the knowledge and skills to maintain the pool daily.
-A thorough understanding of Fair Housing
-This person would also need to be able to work on-call and on weekends
  • Schedule/Shift - M- F 8-5, on-call and rotating weekends
