About the Role:
Deprez & Son Inc is looking for a skilled and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team in Riverside, CA. This is a hands-on role where you'll keep our residential communities running smoothly and ensure residents feel right at home. Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance repairs across apartment units and common areas
  • Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
  • Complete unit turns including painting, patching, and general refurbishment between tenants
  • Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and work orders
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential issues
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of grounds, amenities, and building exteriors
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs as needed
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in apartment or residential maintenance
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry
