NOW HIRING: Experienced Maintenance Technician

Oldsmar, FL

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a multifamily apartment community in Oldsmar, FL!

The ideal candidate must be able to complete work orders and apartment turns accurately, efficiently, and with strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works independently, and can keep up in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
âś” Multifamily apartment maintenance experience required
âś” Experience with work orders, make-readies, and unit turns
âś” Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repairs
âś” HVAC Certification Preferred
âś” CPO Certification Preferred
âś” Reliable transportation
âś” Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Responsibilities:
Complete service requests in a timely manner
Perform apartment make-readies and unit turns
Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues
Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the property
Work efficiently while ensuring quality workmanship
