Property technicians typically do not earn $4,000 a week without specialized experience or certifications. High-paying roles that can reach this level without a degree often include skilled trades such as commercial electricians, HVAC technicians, or certain sales positions, which rely on skills, licenses, or certifications rather than formal degrees. These jobs may require on-the-job training, apprenticeships, or industry-specific certifications.
