Client Overview:
Our client is a property management company dedicated to providing high-quality resident service. They are looking to add a Property Maintenance Supervisor to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$40/hr - $48/hr, Depending on experience
Position Overview:
The Property Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance operations of a residential property. This role leads the onsite maintenance team, manages work orders, apartment turns, preventive maintenance, vendor relationships, and building systems to ensure the property is safe, well-maintained, and operating efficiently.
Responsibilities of the Property Maintenance Supervisor:
  • Supervise and support the on-site Maintenance team.
  • Oversee work orders, apartment turns, and preventive maintenance.
  • The Property Maintenance Supervisor will manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
  • Coordinate vendors, inventory, and purchase orders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain property appearance.
Required Experience/Skills for the Property Maintenance Supervisor:
  • 5+ years of property maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience using property management or work order software.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Property Maintenance Supervisor:
  • EPA/HVAC certification.
  • Experience in multifamily residential property maintenance.
Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
