Our client, a reputable and growing commercial real estate firm in Houston, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Assistant to support day-to-day operations across a diverse portfolio of office, retail, and industrial assets.

Position Overview
The Property Assistant will work closely with Property Managers to ensure smooth property operations, strong tenant relationships, and accurate financial and administrative support across multiple commercial properties.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Property Managers across multiple properties
  • Assist with tenant communications, service requests, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and inspections
  • Track work orders and ensure timely completion
  • Maintain accurate property files, contracts, and documentation
  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, and budget tracking
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and tenant notices
  • Support lease administration and compliance tracking
  • Help coordinate property inspections and ensure building standards are maintained

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in property management, real estate, or administrative support in a commercial real estate setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
