The Property Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of residential property management, working closely with a small team and reporting directly to the Regional Manager. This primarily office-based role involves managing tenant relations, lease agreements, maintenance, and vendor interactions to ensure smooth property operations and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities
