Responsibilities

  • Implement weekly lead generation strategies using Rise Property Group systems
  • Assist buyers by scheduling and conducting property showings, supporting buyer agreements (1-2 per month)
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers under supervision (1-2 per month)
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks and client interactions using team technology
  • Host and manage two open houses each month
  • Convert leads and prospecting efforts into scheduled appointments (2-3 monthly)
  • Engage in weekly script practice and team meetings to enhance communication skills
  • Participate actively in team events and collaborative activities
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and partner calls
  • Support sellers by coordinating listing appointments and marketing efforts
  • Provide guidance on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services to clients
