Join our dynamic team as a Self Storage Property Associate and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customers. As a Property Associate, you will manage day-to-day operations and ensure our self-storage facility remains an organized, secure, and welcoming environment. This role is ideal for individuals who have excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist customers with inquiries regarding self-storage options and provide information on available units, rental terms, and pricing.

- Guide customers through the rental process, including completing necessary documentation and contracts.

- Ensure the facility is clean, presentable, and free of hazards by conducting regular walk-thru inspections and coordinating with staff for maintenance when necessary. Must be able and willing to do light maintenance.

- Manage payment transactions, including rental fees, late payments, and record-keeping through our automated systems.

- Conduct security checks and monitor access to the storage facility to ensure customer belongings are safe and secure.

- Facilitate customer move-ins and move-outs by providing assistance and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Maintain accurate inventory and monitor unit availability to optimize facility occupancy.
