Job description

Overview
The Buildium Marketplace is an ever-growing selection of curated third-party partners and services that are fully integrated into the Buildium Platform. These partners and services help our customers grow their businesses and are key to their ongoing success.
Buildium is an all-in-one property management software designed to help property management professionals take control of their business by streamlining their accounting, maintenance, communication, and leasing processes in the cloud. Our team is remote with an office in Boston, MA and serves a primarily US and Canadian client-base selling a SaaS solution to the property management industry.
Responsibilities
Partner Intake & Onboarding
  • Support intake, implementation, and launch for new Marketplace partners, from initial evaluation through go-live.
  • Guide partners through onboarding, including agreements and legal, integration planning, API connectivity, documentation, development certification, GTM readiness, and revenue and adoption tracking setup.
  • Advise partners on the ideal integration path based on API requirements, development needs, partner capabilities, and Marketplace priorities.
  • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and other internal teams to resolve blockers quickly and ensure efficient, timely partner launches.

Day-to-Day Partner Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 2 and Tier 3 Marketplace partners, with ongoing support for Tier 1 partners as needed.
  • Work closely with partner teams and internal go-to-market stakeholders to grow solution adoption, customer engagement, and partner-driven revenue.
  • Manage ongoing partner support, questions, and technical needs for existing integrations from both external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor partner health, usage, adoption, revenue contribution, and overall performance signals.
  • Refine KPIs and partner health indicators to improve visibility, prioritization, and performance management.
  • Enable customer-facing teams with solution positioning, support resources, and partner-specific guidance.
  • Proactively identify risks, churn indicators, adoption barriers, and revenue growth opportunities.

Process & Scale
  • Maintain clean partner records, launch documentation, implementation status, and ongoing performance tracking.
  • Identify gaps, friction, and inefficiencies in onboarding and partner management workflows, and recommend improvements to increase speed and consistency.
  • Own special projects that standardize processes, improve reporting, and help the Marketplace support a larger partner ecosystem at scale.
  • Build repeatable operating rhythms, documentation, and reporting practices that strengthen accountability across partner workflows.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B relationship management, sales, partnerships, and/or business development
  • Passion for managing, growing, and deepening strategic partner relationships
  • Forward-looking strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate partner needs, identify emerging opportunities, and shape long-term growth strategies
  • Strong commercial instincts, with comfort identifying growth opportunities and translating them into actionable plans
  • Excellent cross-functional collaborator who can build strong internal relationships and drive alignment across teams
  • Confident communicator who can engage clearly and concisely with stakeholders at all levels, from associates to executives
  • Comfortable holding internal and external stakeholders accountable for their role in shared initiatives and projects
  • Strong problem solver with curiosity, sound judgment, and a desire to continuously learn and improve
  • Able to manage multiple partners, projects, and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Process-minded operator who naturally looks for ways to make workflows faster, cleaner, and more scalable
  • Data-informed mindset with the ability to use partner performance, pipeline, and business metrics to guide decisions and uncover opportunities
