Job description

The Opportunity

Join a team that works across Sales and GTM, to operationalize promotional and pricing initiatives, globally, across all offerings, for all of Adobe's routes-to-markets. Lead a versatile team to develop, improve and maintain Promotional and Pricing programs supporting Adobe and its RTM/GTM teams. Support the team in addressing technical issues with promo offer creation, and delivery workflows, through outstanding mentorship. Guide the team to enhance processes and infrastructure.

What you'll do:
  • Manage an independent team supporting Adobe Sales and Marketing delivering promotional and pricing initiatives across different routes-to-market and offerings. This includes Adobe.com, ICX/Phones, Channel and Corporate.
  • Partner with the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product teams, Engineering, Fraud and Legal, to understand the promo and pricing delivery requirements.
  • Own the end-to-end intake and governance pathway for promotions (from request intake through approvals), ensuring requests are complete, compliant, and ready for execution
  • Run the cross RTM promo planning cadence (Promo Pod): consolidate promo asks, drive alignment, and operationalize outcomes into an executable promo plan and schedule.
  • Partner with Analytics to enable evidence-based challenge/adjudication of promo proposals (e.g., cannibalization / switching insights).
  • Guide Sales/GTM requester teams on requirements, documentation, and approval routing for the PAR (Pricing Action Request) process to reduce rework and prevent lastminute issues.
  • Ensure end-to-end operational readiness for promos across surfaces (e.g., Adobe.com + other routes-to-market), including workflow testing and dependency management.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the key promotional initiatives globally to consistently achieve results in an ambiguous and changing environment. This includes large scale initiatives such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Back to School, etc.
  • Be a major player in process improvement and a motivator for building mature processes. Build and maintain a central repository for planning and execution documentation including Confluence/Wiki, SharePoint, etc.
  • Lead standardization and reusability efforts (templates, briefs, documented SOPs) to reduce cycle time and improve global consistency.
  • Sponsor/drive automation initiatives (RPA/AI/API-first where applicable), translating operational problems into clear requirements and measurable benefits.
  • Manage demand and prioritization across promo asks, balancing speed, risk, and value; establish visibility through simple dashboards/operational metrics.
What you need to succeed:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding collaboration skills and ability to work across various business units and job levels to complete on a project with tight deadlines.
  • Project / Program Management experience
  • Strong program management rigor (plans, achievements, alignment) to deliver complex initiatives consistently.
  • Strong understanding of various business process improvement methodologies. An appreciate of how Automation / RPA / AI can be used to improve processes, and where 'keeping humans-in-the-loop' is required
  • Demonstrated controls approach (risk, audit readiness, governance), with ability to run structured approval workflows and ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Change Management: a strong Change Manager with tenacity to follow through till closure.
  • Leadership: outstanding leadership and communications skills required to manage multiple teams, routes-to-market and programs simultaneously.
  • Experience leading globally distributed teams and partners; strong global/cultural awareness.
  • Technical expertise: Knowledge of Adobe systems and platforms required to operationalize promotional workflows and customer journeys for the individual and B2B businesses, across both direct and indirect routes-to-market, an advantage.
