Job description

Primoris Energy Services Corp is seeking a Coordinator I Project Support, in Hubbard, Tx, to provide essential administrative and clerical support to timekeeping and field administration needs at a large-scale industrial construction project site. This entry-level role is critical to supporting accurate labor tracking, timely payroll processing, and efficient document flow related to workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and reviewing daily timecards and labor reports from foremen and supervisors.
  • Enter, verify, and reconcile employee hours in timekeeping systems under the direction of the Timekeeping Coordinator II.
  • Maintain accurate records of crew rosters, work schedules, and cost codes.
  • Support distribution and collection of onboarding documents and jobsite forms.
  • Organize and file hard copy and digital documentation related to personnel, payroll, and compliance.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding hours, payroll, or jobsite policies, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Coordinate with site supervision to track workforce changes including new hires, terminations, and transfers.
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and logs for tracking purposes.
  • Provide general clerical assistance, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and project records.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years of clerical, administrative, or construction site experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of timekeeping or payroll processes is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction site environment with changing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily site-based, working out of the field office.
  • May be exposed to outdoor weather and industrial construction site conditions.
