Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Assist the Product Line Head in shaping the business strategy by conducting market research, reviewing analyst reports, be on top of new trends, attend industry trade shows, review earnings reports and make recommendations
  • Track milestones, make invest vs buy decisions, assist in making go-no-go decisions. Assist in formalizing the strategy, socializing of these ideas across the division and central function stakeholders to make these initiatives success
  • Drive decisions by being on top of the strategic calendar and bringing together the right people
  • Institute robust governance structures for smooth running of the business, by shaping & deploying PL strategic priorities. Provide clarification and issue resolution/escalation in support of BL staff
  • Foster lean management with effective and efficient reporting structure
  • Ensure smooth internal and external communication of the Product Line
  • Act as connecting element between the organization and the PL Head, streamlining requests and providing resolution
  • Drive planning processes for annual business planning, quarterly performance reviews, strategy offsites, head count planning
  • Preparation of executive material and create and develop customer presentations, presentation for the division and company board reviews, fine tune business line strategy, help in storytelling
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
  • 1-3 years experience with project and support oversight
  • College degree, emphasis in Business, communications, strategy
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WebEx, Microsoft Teams)
  • Commercial & Technical ability to gain a holistic understanding of the challenges and decisions within the Product Line
  • Understand interpersonal relationships quickly to develop a comprehensive frame of the organizational logic
  • Communication: Professionalism in verbal and written communication
  • Expect to travel 15% if time
