We specialize in utility-scale solar projects and maintain long-standing relationships with leading utilities and Independent Power Producers (IPPs) across the U.S. Our leadership team brings over 20 GW of combined solar construction experience, with more than 200 projects completed across thirteen states and the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented scheduler to support the planning and execution of utility-scale solar EPC projects across the United States. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules throughout the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of scheduling experience within construction, EPC, energy, or infrastructure projects and possess a strong understanding of project controls, critical path methodology, and field coordination. Experience supporting utility-scale solar, renewable energy, heavy civil, or industrial construction projects is highly preferred.
This position works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineering, Procurement, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones, resource planning, and schedule performance align with contractual and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Support scheduling efforts during preconstruction, execution, commissioning, and project closeout phases.
  • Assist Project Managers and Operations teams with baseline schedule development, updates, and recovery plans.
  • Track project progress, productivity, milestones, procurement activities, and critical path impacts.
  • Conduct schedule analysis and identify potential delays, risks, and opportunities for schedule optimization.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly schedule updates, reports, and look-ahead schedules.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and subcontractor teams to ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Support schedule integration across multiple disciplines including civil, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning activities.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide schedule-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Assist with change order analysis, delay documentation, and time impact evaluations.
  • Maintain schedule integrity, logic relationships, resource loading, and accurate progress updates.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling processes, reporting, and project controls.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of scheduling experience within EPC, construction, renewable energy, industrial, heavy civil, or infrastructure projects
  • Utility-scale solar experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 is required.
  • Understanding CPM scheduling methodologies and construction sequencing.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project scopes.
  • Ability to communicate schedule impacts, risks, and recovery strategies to both field and leadership teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project reporting tools.
