Youโ€™ll have the chance to grow into a department leadership role, guide and streamline internal processes, and be at the table for key financial decisions within a respected specialty contractor.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

  • Proven experience in project accounting within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency with AIA billing (currently handling 50โ€“60 applications monthly).
  • Ability to oversee and support an Accounting Assistant and Payroll Manager.
  • Broad understanding of job costing, WIP schedules, and overall construction financials.
  • A mindset for process improvement, leadership development, and long-term commitment.

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Managing all project-level accounting functions.
  • Preparing and submitting monthly AIA billing.
  • Overseeing payroll and supporting accounting staff.
  • Collaborating directly with the CFO on financial strategy and departmental improvements.
  • Transitioning into departmental leadership over time with full ownership of accounting functions.
