Job description

This is your opportunity to act as the cross-functional connective tissue at a fast-growing clean beauty brand, owning 5-6 projects at a time, from ideation to launch.

Clean Skin Club

Clean Skin Club is a dynamic, clean beauty brand specializing in innovative facial hygiene products and exceptionally effective formulas, designed to enhance skin health and beauty. We redefine the meaning of clean in the skincare industry by challenging its standard solutions and raising the bar with our creations. Our commitment to research and development drives us to continuously improve and expand our product offerings.

What You Will Do

As Junior Project Manager, you run the project. Every launch, formula tweak, and packaging update touches nearly every team at Clean Skin Club, and you are the person who makes sure all of it moves forward together. You will build relationships with leads across R&D, Design, Supply Chain, Retail, Marketing, Partnerships, and Social, becoming the connector everyone comes to when they need a straight answer. You will surface risk early, drive every meeting to clear next steps, and keep the whole team honest about where things stand.

  • Update CSC Universe (our internal OS) daily with status, blockers, milestones, and decisions made
  • Identify risks ASAP before they become problems
  • Coordinate cross-functional handoffs (e.g. R&D to Supply Chain at manufacturing, Supply Chain to Retail at pre-launch)
  • Maintain the stage-gate process for any product launches you own
  • Drive meetings to clear next steps with named owners and dates
  • Write tight Slack updates and meeting notes

Who You Are

You know your way around a formal project timeline and are comfortable owning a project across departments. You are a direct communicator, with the ability to stay calm under pressure while fighting fires. You are comfortable with ambiguity, thrive in a high growth environment, and can wear multiple hats. This role is a great fit if you are curious about how a business runs end to end, since you will be working daily with every function at the company. Excellent organizational skills are a must.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a project manager, project coordinator, product development manager/lead or comparable cross-functional role
  • Skincare, beauty, or personal care background
  • Hands-on experience running projects in Smartsheet, Asana, Notion, Linear, or a comparable PM tool, where you have owned a workspace, configured it, created timelines, and lived in it daily
  • Excellent written communication skills and full professional fluency in English

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary + annual performance bonus tied to project delivery
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision
  • 401(k)
  • PTO (minimum encouraged, not maximum capped)
  • Direct mentorship from Head of Project Management, with regular exposure to founders and the C-Suite
  • A path to Senior PM and beyond as the PM org scales
  • Working at a PE-backed $150M+ skin health brand
