What is Project Momentum?

Project Momentum is not a standard job title but typically refers to a specific initiative or program within an organization aimed at driving progress, change, or improvement in a particular area. In many companies, Project Momentum may be the name given to a major project or transformation effort, often involving cross-functional teams and strategic goals.
