Job description

Plumbing Project Manager in Bay Area Our highly skilled mechanical team is seeking an excellent Plumbing Project Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for managing one or multiple mid to large commercial plumbing projects. You will manage the schedule, budget, change-orders, attend coordination meetings and meet with the owners/general contractors of our projects to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our time and budget deliverables.

Responsibilities for Plumbing Project Manager: Jobs sites should be visited during work phase. Supervise subordinates, to ensure project completion. Codes that impact work, should be communicated.

Ensure budget cost is being reviewed. Requirements for Plumbing Project Manager: Project Management experience Minimum of 3 years of Plumbing experience Preferred: Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, BlueBeam, Navisworks, Quickpen among others. Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or similar Stable work-history Local to the Bay Area So if you are an outstanding Plumbing Project Manager with 3+ years' experience.
