This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, communications, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring successful delivery of business objectives. The Project Manager will coordinate efforts across business and IT teams, facilitate requirements management, monitor project progress, and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle

Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through implementation and project closure. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate and integrate cross-functional teams, including both business and IT stakeholders.

Gather, document, validate, and manage business and technical requirements. Establish and execute communication plans for project teams, leadership, and stakeholders. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates using project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.

Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and obstacles. Ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly project milestones are achieved. Manage project scope and support change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, budgets, and other project artifacts. Drive project execution by providing day-to-day direction to project resources. Collaborate with program leadership to align project execution with business objectives and leadership priorities.
