Strategy & POS Development

  • Develop and continuously enhance the regional POS strategy
  • Co‑create new distribution and POS concepts in close collaboration with Sales and regional leadership
  • Ensure the right balance between global standards and local market requirements
  • Identify optimization opportunities and drive sustainable POS solutions

Brand Presence & POS Excellence

  • Ensure a consistent and high‑quality brand presentation at the point of sale
  • Safeguard compliance with global CI and POS guidelines
  • Translate global POS guidelines into regional standards and actionable recommendations
  • Promote and share best practices across the region

Regional POS Concepts & Solutions

  • Develop and implement regional secondary placement concepts (e.g., permanent floor stands)
  • Further develop counter and shelf solutions based on the shelf system approach
  • Design and implement local POS solutions in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Evaluate new POS concepts with regard to brand impact, feasibility, and commercial value

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all regional POS‑related topics
  • Lead and prioritise regional POS projects
  • Work closely with local markets to continuously optimise POS execution
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities
  • Ensure effective alignment and communication between regional and global stakeholders

Collaboration

Foster strong alignment and collaboration within the international POS community.

  • Graduation in Business Administration or equal studies
  • 3-5 years working experience in Trade Marketing, POS Management, Visuals, Placements and Retail Execution
  • Experience in regional and/or international project management
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking combined with a hands‑on execution mindset
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to balance global standardisation with local market flexibility
  • Structured, proactive, and solution‑oriented way of working
  • Good Spanish language skills
  • The ability to travel for business is essential
