Job description

Senior Manager, Digital Health Project Management & Operations

BeOne continues to grow at a rapid pace with challenging and exciting opportunities for experienced professionals. When considering candidates, we look for scientific and business professionals who are highly motivated, collaborative, and most importantly, share our passionate interest in fighting cancer.

The Senior Manager, Digital Health Project Management & Operations will serve as the operational backbone of BeOne's Digital Health function, managing a broad and evolving portfolio of projects that span digital strategy, digital health platforms, patient engagement tools, clinical trials, data initiatives, and commercial innovation. This is a build-as-you-go role for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where structures, processes, and ways of working are actively being established, often without established precedent.

This individual will be equally comfortable executing day-to-day operational tasks, while also driving complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery. They will be expected to design the processes and infrastructure needed to keep the team operating with clarity, speed, and accountability, including project trackers, workflow systems, and stakeholder reporting cadences that provide as-real-time-as-possible visibility into portfolio status. Speed of execution while maintaining the highest quality, as well as ability to adapt quickly, will be crucial for this role.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Own day-to-day operational functions for the Digital Health team, including contract initiation, purchase order management, vendor coordination, and budget tracking (with support) across multiple workstreams
  • Supports operationalization of marketing initiatives with in-house capabilities, such as:
    • Developing, planning, managing, and posting social media content and collateral using tools such as Hootsuite
    • Creating ad units using in-house AI tools, such as Claude
    • Leading submission of all art assets to medical, regulatory, and legal review committee to ensure full compliance
  • Manage several projects of varying complexity, from discrete tactical deliverables to multi-stakeholder, multi-phase digital initiatives, ensuring timelines, owners, and deliverables are clearly defined and actively tracked
  • Apply agile principles to project execution, breaking work into iterative sprints or phases, building in regular checkpoints to assess progress and adjust course, and favoring working outputs over exhaustive upfront planning
  • Design and maintain scalable project management infrastructure: with support, help design and scale intake processes, project trackers, status dashboards etc. to provide leadership with accurate and timely project visibility
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Proactively identify and resolve project bottlenecks, resource conflicts, and execution gaps; escalate with recommended solutions, not just problems
  • Establish ways of working and operating norms for a growing team, including meeting rhythms, documentation standards, and accountability frameworks
  • Support vendor and agency relationship management, including SOW development, milestone tracking, and performance oversight
  • Serve as connective tissue across the team, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and day-to-day execution across concurrent workstreams
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, program operations, or a related function, with at least 3 years in biopharma, digital health, or healthcare technology
  • Demonstrated experience managing omnichannel, digital marketing, or digital health programs strongly preferred
  • Solutions-oriented with a bias toward action; able to make progress with incomplete information and bring structure to ambiguity
  • Proven ability to design and operationalize project management processes, tools, and governance frameworks in environments where these do not yet exist
  • Experience managing contracts, POs, and vendor relationships in a regulated or matrixed enterprise environment
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging at all levels from working teams to senior leadership
  • Highly proficient in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, JIRA, MS Project) and Office 365; ability to build and maintain custom tracking solutions
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams under shifting priorities without loss of quality or momentum
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize complex status information into clear, concise updates for diverse audiences
  • Experience with digital tagging, media reporting etc. is a plus, but not required

Travel:

  • Occasional domestic travel may be required (up to 15%)
