Job Summary:
BeOne Medicines is a rapidly growing company focused on fighting cancer. The Senior Manager, Digital Health Project Management & Operations will manage a diverse portfolio of digital health projects, ensuring operational efficiency and driving complex initiatives from initiation through delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Own day-to-day operational functions for the Digital Health team, including contract initiation, purchase order management, vendor coordination, and budget tracking (with support) across multiple workstreams
• Supports operationalization of marketing initiatives with in-house capabilities, such as: Developing, planning, managing, and posting social media content and collateral using tools such as Hootsuite
• Creating ad units using in-house AI tools, such as Claude
• Leading submission of all art assets to medical, regulatory, and legal review committee to ensure full compliance
• Manage several projects of varying complexity, from discrete tactical deliverables to multi-stakeholder, multi-phase digital initiatives, ensuring timelines, owners, and deliverables are clearly defined and actively tracked
• Apply agile principles to project execution, breaking work into iterative sprints or phases, building in regular checkpoints to assess progress and adjust course, and favoring working outputs over exhaustive upfront planning
• Design and maintain scalable project management infrastructure: with support, help design and scale intake processes, project trackers, status dashboards etc. to provide leadership with accurate and timely project visibility
• Drive cross-functional alignment across internal stakeholders and external partners
• Proactively identify and resolve project bottlenecks, resource conflicts, and execution gaps; escalate with recommended solutions, not just problems
• Establish ways of working and operating norms for a growing team, including meeting rhythms, documentation standards, and accountability frameworks
• Support vendor and agency relationship management, including SOW development, milestone tracking, and performance oversight
• Serve as connective tissue across the team, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and day-to-day execution across concurrent workstreams
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, program operations, or a related function, with at least 3 years in biopharma, digital health, or healthcare technology
• Demonstrated experience managing omnichannel, digital marketing, or digital health programs strongly preferred
• Solutions-oriented with a bias toward action; able to make progress with incomplete information and bring structure to ambiguity
• Proven ability to design and operationalize project management processes, tools, and governance frameworks in environments where these do not yet exist
• Experience managing contracts, POs, and vendor relationships in a regulated or matrixed enterprise environment
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging at all levels from working teams to senior leadership
• Highly proficient in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, JIRA, MS Project) and Office 365; ability to build and maintain custom tracking solutions
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams under shifting priorities without loss of quality or momentum
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize complex status information into clear, concise updates for diverse audiences
Preferred:
• Experience with digital tagging, media reporting etc. is a plus, but not required
