Raytheon Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) position supports the Strike Initiatives SSBU of Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS). The individual in this position will be responsible for the management of engineering and manufacturing material and labor efforts for a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will serve as a coordinator between Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and the Program Office.
**This position is based out of our Pittsfield, MA facility with up to 25% Travel

What You Will Do:
  • Lead cross-functional supply chain projects, including NPIs, manufacturing changes, and system implementations. Manage supplier performance, reduce risks, and drive cost, lead-time, and quality improvements.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain disruptions. Analyze data, maintain KPIs, and deliver executive-level reporting for key program reviews.
  • Develop business cases, manage budgets, prepare LREs, and ensure compliance with property and CAM requirements.
  • Maintain action-item tracking and support BOEs, EVMS narratives, SOWs, and contract updates.
  • Build strong cross-functional and customer partnerships; travel up to 25% to Cambridge, MA.

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience
  • Prior experience project management and task prioritization
  • Prior experience with program/project management
  • Must be proficient with MS Project and Excel

Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Experience interfacing with internal and external customers
  • Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and or similar program/system
  • Experience with PRISM including use of ZCMR data/reports, MD04 and Breakpoint/Breakout tables and other Supply chain related functions.
  • EAC (Estimate at Completion) experience
  • Knowledge of supply chain and operations functions and responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational skills in project management and task prioritization
  • Certified as Raytheon Program Management Level 6 (IPT Lead) or have the ability to be certified within 12 months.
  • The ability to operate independently but still retain the larger company focus.
  • CORE Associate or equivalent
  • Must be a self-starter and adapt well to change

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
