- Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards.

- Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests.

- Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case.

- Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules.

- Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry.

- Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.

- Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders.

- Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels.

Position Responsibilities

Be able to execute full lifecycle agile project management on multiple complex, high-priority initiatives from concept scope/definition, as well assuming those already started.

At a program/initiative level, understand and be able to clearly articulate current state, objectives, success criteria and milestone commitments, as well as any risks, issues and resolution actions.

Lean leader within GREF and the wider Enterprise Services function

Lean activities included but not limited to VSM, process mapping, BPSM and facilitation and workshops

Develops project and program plans at all levels across functional areas to achieve objectives within scope, time, quality, and constraints from initiation to post completion.

Engages stakeholders proactively to understand and confirm necessary requirements that will inform project / program deliverables.

Manage to project and program plan inclusive of: schedules, reports, monitoring metrics, change activity, communicating and updating plans regularly throughout lifecycle.

Develop strong relationships with key functional stakeholders and program sponsors.

Delivery of insightful high-quality outcomes while managing governance with key stakeholders.

Manages change management process applying industry best standards to stakeholders.

Create high quality presentations that tell business stories, provide progress updates and be able to create and lead detailed business cases for projects to be initiated

Develop and on-going monitoring of detailed delivery plan against agreed commitments.

Define and proactively manage risks, escalating to appropriate parties where appropriate

Collect and interpret data, evaluate, reason, define problems, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, make valid judgments and decisions, and communicate effectively to relevant stakeholders through speech and presentations.

Defines relevant KPI's to assess project performance and business impact.

Analyze technical or business problems and reach sound, independent conclusions.

Own, lead and/or support a portfolio of projects/initiatives concurrently and meet critical deadlines.

Key Relationships & Stakeholders

GREF Executive Leadership Team.

Multiple functional partners: IT, Data and Business Intelligence, Finance, HR.

Service Tower Leadership (Indirect Supply Chain, Real Estate, Facilities & Asset Management, Executive Flight).

Build external relationships with necessary vendors and/or consultant parties.

Basic Qualifications

10+ years of experience in a Project or Program Manager position

10+ years of experience communicating and leading projects inclusive of employees, customers, peers, and up to executive leadership.

10+ years leading projects inclusive managing requirements, priorities, scope, schedule, risk, costs.

10+ years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

10+ years using industry standard project management tools (ex: Microsoft Project).

Preferred Qualifications

Strong experience in in Global Real Estate and Facilities Management

5+ years' experience in Consultancy Services

Strong interpersonal and communication skills both down and out.

Ability to demonstrate continuous improvement mindset.

Self-starter, strong bias for action.

Prior experience in consulting and/or project management in a large, complex industrial company preferred.

Ability to take problems, create project solutions, and execute to deliver value for customers.

Ability to effectively mentor and coach employees.

Program Management Professional (PMP), Lean/Six Sigma certifications desired.

Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

Knowledge of SAP Ariba preferred

Education:

Bachelors degree or higher in a related discipline (business administration, engineering, project management). MBA or Masters degree in a related discipline preferred.

Experience:

10+ years of experience in related project / program management roles, and/or equivalent consulting experience.

Education / Experience:

Bachelors degree or higher in a related discipline (business administration, engineering, project management).

MBA or Masters degree in a related discipline preferred.
