Senior Project Manager Consultant (PMO / Enterprise Delivery)

Location: Hybrid – Sandy Springs, GA (Onsite Tuesday–Thursday)

Duration: 6-12 months+ Contract

Start Date: Immediate Need

Overview

Our client is seeking a senior-level Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives within a mature but evolving PMO environment.

This is not a traditional task-driven Project Manager role. The ideal candidate will operate as a strategic program lead managing multiple interdependent initiatives across business functions including Customer Service, Finance, HR, and Sales & Marketing.

The primary initiative will focus on driving the rollout and adoption of a new Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform across various internal business groups.

This individual must be highly independent, executive-facing, and comfortable operating in complex enterprise environments with global stakeholders across APAC and EMEA.

Required Experience

Executive Stakeholder Management

  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Experience managing senior business and technology stakeholders
  • Ability to drive alignment, governance, escalations, and reporting independently

Complex Program & Project Management

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives and dependencies
  • Ability to coordinate across business units, disciplines, and workstreams
  • Comfortable navigating large, fast-paced enterprise environments
  • Experience managing 2–3 interdependent projects within a broader program structure
  • Ability to identify and manage cross-project impacts and dependencies

Independent Leadership

  • Proven ability to lead programs with minimal oversight
  • Strong ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create structure, visibility, and operational clarity across initiatives

Tools & Operational Excellence

  • Strong Jira expertise beyond basic task management
  • Strong executive reporting and governance experience
  • AI/automation mindset focused on improving PMO efficiency and operational workflows

Environment / Team

  • Mature PMO environment with opportunity to improve execution consistency
  • Consultant will help model best practices and elevate delivery standards
  • Heavy cross-functional coordination across global teams
