8+ years of professional experience in Project Portfolio Management, PMO Leadership, Scrum Leadership, Business Operations, or related delivery-focused roles
Experience supporting enterprise data environments, including data governance, coordination across data, analytics, reporting, or platform teams
Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, execution-focused environment
Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and stakeholder coordination
Experience partnering with both technical and business teams to drive delivery outcomes
Strong communication, organization, and execution management skills
Experience with change and risk management
KPI definition and management
Executive level reporting
Comfortable presenting to an executive audience
