The Opportunity
You will serve as a critical field leader, driving the successful execution of large-scale commercial electrical and control projects. This role allows you to manage onsite crews and mentor the next generation of electricians while ensuring high-quality installations. You will have the autonomy to direct operations for a company that values your individual contribution and technical expertise.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Supervise and mentor field crews of electrical professionals to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Manage the daily execution of field work in strict accordance with project plans and safety protocols.
- Coordinate complex daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to maintain strict project timelines and budgets.
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily field reports and safety meetings to ensure project transparency.
- Resolve real-time technical and logistical issues on-site to prevent project delays or safety hazards.
- Act as the primary field representative for company values by fostering professional growth and accountability.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 7+ years experience as a commercial foreman in the electrical field.
- Proven ability to lead crews and execute complex commercial electrical work with minimal oversight.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed project drawings, blueprints, specifications, and schedules.
- Strong communication and organizational skills necessary for managing field documentation and team dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Completion of a formal electrical apprenticeship program or equivalent technical training.
- Advanced knowledge of industrial control systems and specialized commercial equipment.
- Demonstrated experience training junior team members in a fast-paced field environment.
