Job description

WCI's Project Engineer/Coordinator would exhibit strong organizational and analytical skills. Experienced in coordinating project documentation, reviewing plans, tracking schedules, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams through academic projects and internships. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and AutoCAD, with a commitment to delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist project managers with planning and coordinating construction projects.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers.
• Attend project meetings and take meeting minutes.
• Assist with procurement and material tracking.
• Maintain project records and reports
Qualifications:
• BS Degree in either Construction/Engineering/Architecture
• 1-3 years of related 'General Contracting' experience balancing multiple projects with concentration preferably in government/commercial sector
