We specialize in: Water damage mitigation, Mold remediation, Fire and smoke damage restoration, Biohazard and sewage cleanup and Emergency restoration services. We work with property managers, HOAs, real estate professionals, and commercial buildings to help them respond quickly to property emergencies.
Role and Responsibilities:
You will mainly focus on relationship building and company visibility.
  • Business Development

Visit apartment complexes and property management offices
Introduce Mr. & Mrs. Restore services
Leave marketing materials and contact information
Build relationships with property managers and leasing offices
  • Networking & Outreach

Attend local business events or chamber meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to position Mr. and Mrs. Restore as a trusted partner
Visit construction companies and maintenance teams
  • Lead Generation

Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments, focusing on property managers, rental communities, and commercial property owner
Collect contact information for decision makers
Schedule meetings for the owner
  • Social Presence

Help record short videos of projects for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other
Share company updates on LinkedIn / Instagram
Promote company brand locally
Monitor comments and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
