Our diverse portfolio includes pump stations, wells, reservoirs, and cutting-edge water treatment facilities.
We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, particularly in the design and management of water-related projects.
Some major responsibilities you're in charge of:
  • Apply extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices across diverse project areas
  • Serve as a technical specialist, staff adviser and consultant to the civil engineering specialty, for any given water/wastewater, land/site development, and/or public works project
  • Undertake complex assignments, pioneering new civil engineering techniques or procedures to enhance project outcomes
  • Ensure that drawings and designs are in accordance with company production, codes, and established design standards
  • Direct and perform the preparation of improvement plans, specifications, supporting documents and permit applications for projects

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited university
  • Registered Professional Engineer in the state of California (we're seeking a certified Project Engineer but we also value candidates who possess extensive experience as a designer, capable of performing engineering duties at an advanced level).
  • At least 3-5 years of Project Engineer experience in the field of civil engineering including water, wastewater
  • An expert using Civil3D, AutoCAD, ArcGIS software programs
