Job description

Position Summary

The Digital Delivery Coordinator is responsible for consistent execution of content development and standardized digital delivery services (DDS) workflows across projects. This position supports project teams by applying firm standards, coordinating digital deliverables, and resolving routine delivery issues. Serves as key contact among cross-functional internal and external project teams, ensuring that results align with organizational objectives.

Essential Job Functions & Accountabilities

Delivery Execution & Coordination 

  • Executes routine Digital Delivery tasks across active projects.
  • Applies approved DDS standards, templates, and workflows consistently.
  • Coordinates project plans for both content, scope, timelines, and data organization, and deliverables. 
  • Executes routine digital delivery tasks independently and escalate non-standard issues appropriately.

Project & Stakeholder Support 

  • Coordinates with Project Managers, Discipline Leads, and DDS leadership to support delivery needs. 
  • Creates project reports for both internal and external consumers. 
  • Assists with planning and tracking digital deliverables tied to project milestones.
  • Assists content team in training creation including, but not limited to, content creation, presentation collateral, and other creative media tools.

Standards & Quality Support 

  • Assures compliance with Digital Delivery standards and procedures.
  • Performs quality checks on assigned digital deliverables.
  • Identifies inconsistencies, risks, or deviations from standards and elevate them as needed.
  • Supports corrective actions to maintain delivery quality and consistency.

Workflow Implementation & Adoption 

  • Implements established DDS workflows across projects.
  • Assists with testing or deploying new workflows developed by DDS Specialists.
  • Provides feedback on workflow performance and usability.
  • Learns, adopts and supports new industry tools for content development, hosting and analysis specific to the needs of DDS.

Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing 

  • Shares knowledge and best practices with project teams.
  • Supports onboarding efforts for new DDS team members.
  • Models DDS expectations related to professionalism, quality, and accountability.

Required Education, Experience, Licenses & Technical Competencies

  • 3 or more years of experience in BIM, Digital Delivery, Design Technology, or project-based technical roles, or 5 or more years of experience without a bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated experience supporting live project delivery environments.
  • Working knowledge of digital delivery workflows, coordination practices, and project standards. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across diverse geographical and technical realms.
  • Keen interest in continued growth within Digital Delivery Services.
  • Experience working across multiple projects or disciplines preferred.
  • Familiarity with firm-standard digital delivery platforms and tools preferred.
  • Experience supporting coordination, QA/QC, or standardized delivery processes preferred. 
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in all core competencies as described and characterized in this job description.

Physical & Other Requirements

  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasional travel may be required (10-15%).
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
