Position Summary


The Project Coordinator, Program Management Office (PMO) will lead project kick-offs by coordinating all necessary members and vendors to initiate a project. Coordinate with cross discipline team members and vendors to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Collects, Creates, and Maintains vital project information including responsibilities of project team members, project documentation, and completion of project goals.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities


Deliver all services to clients, colleagues, vendors, and Company stakeholders fully consistent with the Brault Foundational Vision and Values. Exemplifies these principles in all actions and activities as a valued member of the Brault team. 


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Collect necessary information to start projects
  2. Identify goals and requirements of each assigned project
  3. Create and manage documentation and reports for each assigned project
  4. Assist with maintaining project timeframes and objectives
  5. Responsible for interdepartmental communication among project team members
  6. Track, forecast, and report on project progress including metrics and challenges
  7. Escalate and alert management of any unresolved issues
  8. Establish and maintain working relationships with vendor partners and internal team members
  9. Meet with management once per week
  10. Assist management and/or other project coordinators as needed

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities


  • Excellent organizational skills as demonstrated by meeting established priority timelines, and detail oriented. Ability to prioritize work and maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be computer literate and have intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as outlook, word, excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint. Additionally, experience utilizing Microsoft Project and SharePoint is preferred.
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure with frequent interruptions while maintaining and coordinating all aspects of projects.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Must be willing to learn new equipment and new processes quickly. Is invested in personal and professional development.
  • Must have strong analytical skills and to work under pressure and to work under deadlines.
  • Excellent writing skills to include capturing detailed requirements and documenting testing results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional research and reporting skills
  • Flexibility in working hours as required to meet project deadlines
  • Able to sit in front of a computer for multiple hours


Education & Experience Requirements


Education: 

  • PMP Certification Desired
  • Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) Certification Desired


Experience:

  • Two years of equivalent experience
  • Prior experience as a project team member in a related field
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent Communication Skills
