About the Organization

  • Drive new business acquisition with automotive OEMs and expand scope within existing enterprise accounts
  • Build and manage a forward-looking pipeline aligned with long-term revenue and network strategy
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with OEM supply chain, logistics, and procurement leadership

  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, network planning, and infrastructure teams to ensure commercial alignment with execution capability
  • Contribute to network expansion planning, including terminal development and evaluation of new market opportunities
  • Implement structured pricing strategies tied to operational complexity, service requirements, and cost drivers
  • Strengthening commercial governance, forecasting accuracy, and overall win-rate effectiveness
  • Monitor industry trends, including production shifts, electrification, and logistics network changes, to inform commercial strategy

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a commercially driven executive with deep experience in automotive logistics and a proven ability to drive growth within complex supply chain environments.
  • Required Experience
  • 15 to 20+ years of experience in automotive logistics, finished vehicle logistics, and transportation networks
  • Demonstrated success leading commercial growth initiatives and managing large OEM accounts
  • Experience negotiating complex, multi-year logistics or service agreements
  • Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategy, cost modeling, and P&L ownership
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing commercial teams
  • Core Capabilities
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end automotive logistics networks, including port operations, rail, trucking, and vehicle processing, regionally.
  • Ability to align commercial strategy with operational execution and infrastructure constraints
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across operations, finance, and strategic planning

Education
Bachelor's degree required
