Job description

We are currently seeking Project Coordinator to join our Clickeze Sales Team. Qualified candidates will use proficient project management skills to effectively assist the inside and outside sales representatives with all aspects of the sales process including but not limited to; quote/bid revisions, enter orders, etc. regarding company products, terms, delivery dates and other data, in order to maximize sales result for the company. This position is based out of our World Headquarters in Muskego, WI.
Primary Duties:
    1. Works directly with customers to ensure that orders are entered correctly.
    2. Manages all customer bids/quotes, orders and customer service matters including but not limited to the following: order status, partial shipments, change orders, shipment tracking, material returns.
    3. Work well with all internal customers.
    4. Actively participate in company training programs and transfer these skills to the job.
    5. Perform any related duties assigned by management.
    6. Perform assigned duties with minimal personal supervision.
    7. Properly follow all company policies and procedures.
    8. Reduce controllable Returns and Allowances (-01 and -03).
    9. Reduce controllable change orders.
    10. All other duties as assigned
