Job description

Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the administrative support of all projects assigned to them by the relevant teams (Graphics/Millwork). With these obligations, the Project Coordinator is expected to ensure a world class experience for customers throughout a project’s lifecycle. The Project Coordinator will support the work assigned to them by the Project Managers to help to facilitate the project’s completion. This position will monitor and support different parts of multiple projects through effective communication and coordination with other functional areas of the Company (Account reps, design, production, install, etc.), in at the direction of the Project Manager. The Project Coordinator will consistently review customer orders to ensure accurate and on time product delivery, while, at the same time, monitoring accuracy of all project input they are supporting.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (include but are not limited to)

  • Coordinates the activities of the relevant department (Graphis and/or Millwork) at direction of Project Manager through our systems.
  • Communicates and implements the Graphics/Millwork process for assigned projects to best facilitate the workflow of design and production stages
  • Clearly communicate and document customer requirements as directed by Project Manager
  • Assist in determining production timing/prioritization through planning with various stakeholders and work with these parties to implement new products and/or processes
  • Supports administrative needs of the Project Managers within the different systems used for project.
  • Maintain a list of all projects to be reviewed
  • Assists in special seasonal projects with the Project Managers
  • Review customer orders for accuracy
  • Must be able to think creatively
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay organized
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
  • Assist the Graphics and/or Millworks Departments with any other duties or projects as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of project management experience or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated successful experience working both autonomously and with others in a fast paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in graphics/graphic design/millwork
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, construction or architecture
