Marketing Coordinator

Full-Time | On-Site / Hybrid | Michigan

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This individual will serve as a key connector across departments and external partners, supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives from vendor communications and project coordination to content development and community outreach. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strong interpersonal skills, digital marketing proficiency, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key ResponsibilitiesVendor & Partner Coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with external marketing vendors, agencies, printers, and media partners.
  • Manage vendor timelines, deliverables, and communications to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Obtain and review vendor proposals, track invoices, and assist with approval workflows.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
  • Coordinate between departments to gather content, testimonials, and materials for marketing campaigns (e.g., obtaining video footage and interviews from clinical staff, coordinating with office teams to drive patient or client reviews).
  • Act as a liaison to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely delivery of marketing assets across all departments.
