Scheduling Coordinator

The Orchards Michigan, located in Harper Woods, MI is currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.

Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recent experience as a Staffing Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility preferred
  • Will assist the DON with all the scheduling needs and work directly with them
  • Must be able to do schedules for all areas of the nursing department
  • Should be able to work in collaboration with the entire nursing team
  • Must be able to fill open positions on the schedule with current staff through creative methods
  • Must be detail oriented, computer literate and have excellent communication skills
  • Should have great 'people skills'
  • Should be able to be okay to be on-call 24/7

Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator Qualifications and Skills:

  • CNA or Nursing Assistant Experience (Preferred)
