Core Competencies:

  • Assists Team Manager and team personnel in project and team administration and coordination as requested.
  • Proficiently operates computer systems and related software programs.
  • Produces letters, memos, and correspondence such as legal descriptions, agreements, reports, fee letters, studies, ads, proposals, specifications, tables, contracts, forms and all other business typing as requested by team personnel.
  • Files correspondence and other records.
  • Maintains project files.
  • Assists in scheduling meetings.
  • Distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail for team members.
  • Prepares miscellaneous spreadsheets, charts, etc., as needed for project assistance.
  • Has exceptional knowledge of company systems...
  • Capable of performing specialized functions such as maintenance of master specifications, job tracking system, records management system and other similar duties.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Demonstrates interpersonal, written and organization skills along with a proven ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent spelling and grammar are required and must be proficient in computer/software programs.
  • Experience in AEC field preferred.
