Job Summary:
Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a talented IT Project Manager for a 12+ month contract opportunity in Nashville, TN. The role involves overseeing project coordination, ensuring adherence to project management processes, and leading projects from inception to final acceptance.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts.
โ€ข Responsible for lesser number of work efforts simultaneously and work efforts consisting of smaller size, low complexity and minimum system and customer impacts.
โ€ข Adheres to project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budgeted hours, adheres to high quality standards, and meets ISSM expectations.
โ€ข Monitors project plans, assignments and work efforts on a daily basis.
โ€ข Ensures resource needs are assigned appropriately and escalates functional, quality, timeline issues.
โ€ข Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans to meet the needs of work effort.
โ€ข Responsible for leading the project from inception to final business acceptance and implementation.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Oversee full SDLC - Software Development Life Cycle
โ€ข 75% Waterfall/ 25% Agile
โ€ข Projects Simultaneously(2-3)
โ€ข Develop schedule in MS Project
โ€ข PMO Framework Alignment
โ€ข Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associateโ€™s degree in any major.
โ€ข 3 years IT experience in a leadership capacity on one or more project teams. Completion of the Client Training Program for Project Management may substitute for one year of work experience.
