Job Overview:

The Project Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of client and internal programs by providing high-level coordination, organization, and operational support to the Project Management team. Serving as a central point of communication across cross-functional teams, this role helps manage timelines, track deliverables, prepare project updates, and maintain momentum across multiple active projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the project management team during internal and external meetings
  • Coordinates various activities and gathers information on projects progress to prepare project progress reports
  • Provide administrative coordination support to the director of project management and project managers and maintain project pending lists and meeting agendas
  • Under general supervision, Project Associates provide skills and experience within an area of clinical research required for various research projects
  • Under general supervision of a project manager, the Project Associate collects, enters, and organizes data and other information to support research projects; carries out basic project management tasks; takes notes, transcribes meeting minutes, organizes materials for and provides draft inputs to written products such as project documentation, progress reports, research reports, and briefings
  • Project Associates may provide administrative support to projects such as coordination of IRB packages, and coordination of day-to-day project management operations.

What We are Looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related or relevant field
  • 2+ years of professional experience in project coordination, operations, research support, healthcare, biotech, CRO, or similar environments
  • Mandarin language skills are strongly preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and urgency
  • Experience working in regulated or quality-focused environments is a plus
